BACKGROUND
Ann Pet Shop is founded by Mr. Tan Chin Ann in 1985. The company involved in manufacturing and wholesaling of pets’ accessories. In 2013, Mr. Allen Tan, the elder son of Mr. Tan Chin Ann established Alpha Pet Trading Sdn. Bhd. which further expand the business into importing, distributing and wholesaling pet products to retail customers within Malaysia.
At Alpha Pet Trading Sdn. Bhd., we believe that pets are our best companion. We cherish pets and we trust pets make us better people. With over 30 years of experience in the pet industry, we strive to bring quality pet products to our beloved customers at the lowest prices possible as well as delivering great customer services. To adhere to these missions, we continuously improve our organizational culture as the saying goes “Company culture is the product of a company’s values, expectations and environment”, by Courtney Chapman. Besides that, we constantly developed innovative products and craft new strategies to meet the demands of our clients.
